Annual Meeting — May 15th
The annual HOA meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 15th at 6:30 PM in the Valley Heights Community Center. All homeowners are encouraged to attend. Agenda items include the 2025 budget review, landscaping proposals, and board elections.
Board Meeting — April 1st Recap
Our last board meeting was held on April 1st, 2026 at 7:00 PM via Google Meet. Thank you to all who attended. Minutes will be available shortly on the Meeting Minutes page. The next meeting date will be announced soon.
Reminder · Parking Regulations
Please remember that street parking is limited to 48 hours. Vehicles parked longer than 48 hours on common streets may be towed at the owner's expense. Thank you for your cooperation.
